SIGN ORDERS DIGITALLY
If you are a Physician interested in the convenience of signing orders digitally, please contact Signature Health Services to receive a Kinnser invitation. Once you have received the link please follow the quick and easy instruction guide listed below to complete your account setup. Once complete, you are free to access Kinnser from anywhere to sign orders digitally because we know your time is very important.
Physician PA Registration Process
After clicking the Website link in the e-mail invitation, the physician will be asked to:
- Confirm the NPI number
- Choose a User Name and password
- Confirm and update (if necessary) office contact information
- Select Kinnser agencies for patient referrals
- The inviting agency will be selected by default; other local agencies will be available for selection from this page
- Finally, to ensure the online security of physicians and patients, the physician will be asked to fax his/her current state-issued physician license to Kinnser Support at (512) 519-1416
During business hours, the physician’s account will be active and ready for referrals within two hours after the license verification is received.
Physician Contact Information Updates
If the physician updates his/her office information during the registration process, the inviting agency will receive a k-mail containing the edited contact information.
(The k-mail will be sent to users with the Add & Edit Patient Information user role.)
To update the Agency Manager profile for this physician, click Update in the k-mail message, and the information will edited in the physician profile.
